Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and coachable Salesman covering to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling foundation repair and waterproofing services, attending appointments provided by the company, and generating your own leads through local networking. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in construction, home improvement, or in-home services
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a track record of exceeding goals
  • Comfortable with mobile technology and CRM/sales platforms
  • Ability to manage a flexible schedule and travel locally for appointments
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with structural repair, waterproofing, or crawl space services preferred

Responsibilities

  • Attend pre-set appointments provided by the company (no cold-calling or qualification needed)
  • Conduct thorough inspections and create detailed job proposals using company software
  • Follow a proven sales system and close deals in alignment with pricing and discount policies
  • Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the sales cycle
  • Collect customer deposits at time of sale and coordinate closely with project managers
  • Generate new business through local outreach and referral relationships
  • Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-first mindset
