About The Position

Requirements
- State Cosmetology License
- Weekend and night availability is required
- Ability to hear so as to effectively understand customer’s needs
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and remain attentive to guests' needs
- Ability to sustain reasonable physical activity for the duration of a scheduled shift
- Sensitivity to unnecessary waste of product and a willingness to act to reduce waste
Responsibilities
- Perform shampoo and conditioning treatments for milk + honey guests.
- Maintaining laundry for the salon.
- Ability to perform a variety of cleaning duties including but not limited to mopping, sweeping, dishes, cleaning the bathroom, and taking out the trash.
- Ability to exemplify milk + honey’s Core Values in every interaction with guests and coworkers.
- Adherence to all Attendance and Punctuality policies.
- Present a polished and professional image at all times.
- Be able to lift up to 25lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
