Early-Career Salon Groomer (Wed–Fri)
About The Position
Recently trained and ready to build real salon experience in a structured, supportive environment? We’re adding an early-career groomer to our W-2 team for a consistent Wednesday–Friday schedule. To be considered, we require: Professional Training : Completion of a formal grooming program and the ability to complete full grooms start-to-finish. Growth Mindset : Openness to feedback and a desire to refine speed, efficiency, and technique. Reliability : A consistent Wed–Fri commitment with a realistic weekday commute to Everett (30 minutes or less). This is not a bather position. You must be able to complete full grooms independently.
