About The Position

Our Product team is seeking and intern to join us this spring and summer for a 12-week internship. This is an ON-SITE, project-based program from March 23rd, 2026 – June 23rd, 2025 (16 hours per week during spring and 32 hours in the summer). You will work cross-functionally with our Product Development, Design, and Sales team to assist with the sampling process. Your placement will be based on your previous experience, interests, and will be determined during the recruitment process. Requirements

  • Currently be enrolled in an undergraduate program (graduation date later than August 2025)
  • Have proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)

Responsibilities

  • Owns delivering samples through managing and setting up sample tracking system across all categories.
  • Drives alignment on deliverables regarding ship-to codes, sample shipping, labeling, and receiving.
  • Works closely with facilities to receive, set up, and stage as needed.
  • Creates and maintains cross-category reporting to indicate overall sample shipment status on a regular cadence.
  • Manages sample boxes unboxed.
  • Drives ownership and accountability of sample receiving.
  • In partnership with design and PD team, oversee Sample Room product organization and distribution.
  • Receive, inspect and organize incoming samples and packaging components while maintaining and updating the master product and packaging component inventory spreadsheets on a weekly basis.
  • Monitor the production of samples for internal collections with the support of the Senior Manager, starting with component orders: logging inventory in a spreadsheet including all vital information such as supplier, item reference code, qty received, etc. while maintaining organization of the component inventory room
  • Prepare clear and concise written updates on samples statuses for internal teams.
