This role presents an exciting opportunity to manage sampling operations, optimizing efficiency and driving growth in one of our most essential business areas. As a Sampling Strategy and Operations Associate you will be at the intersection of strategy and operational excellence. You will work with cross-functional teams to manage sampling processes, unlock new opportunities, streamline our supply chain, and drive revenue growth. Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Project Management, Supply Chain or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of supply chain principles, operations and e-commerce. Experience within luxury industry a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong critical thinking necessary. Ability to scope problems and map out path to resolve.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with BI/data visualization tools (Power BI) is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Sampling Operations: Coordinate initiatives related to sampling to address business needs.
- Optimization & Innovation: Leverage data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency, increase productivity, and drive revenue growth.
- Launching New Locations: Coordinate sampling operations and planning for new locations, ensuring successful and impactful launches.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization—from supply chain to portfolio, sales and marketing—to develop solutions that drive business success.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements that will future-proof our Sampling operations.
