Sanitation / Housekeeping Technician

We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Janitorial/Housekeeping Technician to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across our manufacturing campus, which includes more than 10 buildings. Requirements
- Prior janitorial, housekeeping, or custodial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to walk between buildings and work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and follow facility safety procedures
- Professionalism, good communication skills, attention to detail and time management are necessary qualities.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout multiple buildings
- Empty trash containers and transport waste to designated areas
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and restock supplies
- Maintain cleanliness in production and warehouse support areas as assigned
- Dust surfaces, windows, ledges, and equipment
- Assist with deep-cleaning projects as needed
- Monitor supply levels and notify supervisor when restocking is required
- Follow all safety protocols, particularly when working around machinery and chemicals
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
