3rd Shift Position Qualified sanitation candidates must be able to perform a variety of jobs, tasks, or duties as required; and must be able to work their bid shift, overtime, and weekends as required. The tasks required, but not limited to, are general housekeeping, sanitation, clean up, sweeping, vacuuming, painting, lubrication (oiling, greasing, etc.), sample retrieval, power washing, lifting and hauling items up and down stairs, dump rework, operate a motorized fork lift, prepare packaging, package product and other duties as assigned by supervision. Proper tear down, cleaning, and reassembling pumps, sanitary lines, and line equipment. Operation of CIP skids in addition to breakdown and cleaning of line components. Knowledge of chemical handling procedures including PPE required. Completion on daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual MSS items. Communicate with supervisor when equipment needs attention. Report/resolve any observed quality issues while cleaning equipment. Successfully pass qualification test of that Operator 3 is responsible for.
