About The Position

Conagra Brands in Hagerstown, proud makers of Gardein, is looking for a Sanitation Operator to join our 3rd shift team. You will join a team of about 250 and will report to the Sanitation Supervisor.
Food safety and cleanliness is crucial to our business, making your role supporting the cleanliness of our plant machinery an essential part of our daily operations to ensure standards are maintained

Requirements

• 6+ months labor-oriented task driven role

Responsibilities

• Helping to prepare production equipment for cleaning following Lockout Tagout procedures
• Inspections are key to ensure sanitation effectiveness; you will provide both visual and swab checks periodically
• Keeping minimum downtime top of mind when performing pre-operational and sanitation processes and inspections
• Maintaining a clean work area to comply with food safety and OSHA requirements
• Performing other duties as assigned
