About The Position

Morning Glory Holdings is a leading supplier of sour cream to national foodservice and retail customers, and we’re hiring the cream of the crop at our De Pere, WI Plant. Position Summary Morning Glory is seeking a Sanitation Supervisor who supports the Company’s mission of Quality, Safety, and Efficient Production by leading sanitation operations with excellence and integrity. This role is responsible for supervising sanitation staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining sanitation standards, and supporting continuous improvement across the department. The supervisor is expected to model positive leadership, uphold company values, and contribute to a safe, efficient, and high‑performing work environment.

  • Ability to operate and troubleshoot most equipment within the department, including CIP systems.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Two years of experience in dairy production or food industry sanitation preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with MRP and WMS systems preferred.
  • Associate degree in Supervisory Management or related field preferred, or two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

  • Enforce all applicable Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety protocols, and quality assurance standards.
  • Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in compliance with OSHA, SQF, GMPs, and FDA regulations.
  • Supervise, lead, mentor, and coach hourly sanitation employees.
  • Monitor work instructions, sanitation processes, and equipment to drive continuous improvement in efficiency, safety, and cost control.
  • Support achievement of production and sanitation schedules and goals.
  • Manage employee scheduling for sanitation staff.
  • Coordinate sanitation‑related production scheduling as needed.
  • Complete Production entries, Dairy.com entries, and all activities related to PA reporting.
  • Arrange and oversee training for all new sanitation and production employees.
  • Verify quality control elements such as product weights, coding, packaging, and sanitation documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant documentation across all required record‑keeping systems.
  • Monitor attendance and overtime to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster and maintain a positive, collaborative team environment.
  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of sanitation equipment, including CIP systems.
  • Work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
