About The Position

Now hiring a Sanitation Supervisor for a food manufacturing facility in Fort Worth. This is a leadership role responsible for keeping the plant clean, safe, and audit-ready. Looking for someone who can lead a team, make decisions, and hold people accountable.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience required
• Experience with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and sanitation programs
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise sanitation team (attendance, performance, safety)
• Plan and assign daily cleaning tasks (SSOPs, GMPs, SQF)
• Conduct inspections and ensure facility is audit-ready
• Handle chemicals safely and ensure OSHA/PPE compliance
• Maintain logs, records, and sanitation documentation
• Work with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams
• Train, coach, and develop sanitation employees
• Track corrective actions and drive continuous improvement
• Provide daily updates on sanitation performance
