Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership, persuasive, initiative, and analytical skills.
Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple tasks at once.
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Ability to analyze inventory and efficiencies to develop continuous improvement opportunities.
Ability to present effectively to groups.
Must be able to work on your feet and tolerate work in a cold environment.

Previous experience in sanitation or as sanitation supervisor

Responsibilities

Supervise the daily cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of equipment and facilities
Ensure all procedures meet FDA, USDA, and FSQ regulations and company GMPs
Manages team members in attaining production, safety, and quality goals.
Supports continuous improvement processes to ensure that goals in safety, quality, cost, and customer service are met.
Creates and maintains an engaged and team-oriented workforce to improve business results.
Maintain inventory of cleaning chemicals/supplies and ensure safe handling procedures
Spends approximately 80% of the shift "on their feet" in the production area.
