About The Position

As a Sanitation Worker, this role is tasked with maintaining
a clean and safe facility environment through detailed cleaning procedures,
equipment sanitization, and adherence to food safety standards. The work
contributes to operational efficiency of the warehouse and production
operations. Duties include cleaning break rooms, offices, restrooms, and
production areas; removing refuse; sanitizing floors and machinery; and
documenting cleaning tasks in alignment with company procedures. The role may
involve disassembling and reassembling machine parts to ensure proper sanitation
and assisting with pre-operational inspections to maintain food safety
compliance.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to follow safety rules, work procedures, and food safety standards
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, stoop, kneel, stretch, step, and climb frequently
• Ability to lift and move equipment/product weighing up to 70–100 pounds
• Coordination to use tools and equipment properly
• Basic math skills for cleaning documentation and measurement accuracy
• Ability to accept supervisory feedback and meet performance expectations
• Ability to function effectively as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with equipment safety procedures including lock out/tag out
• Experience in food production or sanitation
• Ability to work efficiently without direct supervision
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to cleaning standards
