Requirements

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of expert hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration and support.
  • Valid SAP Certification in Basis Technology (Mandatory/Non-negotiable).
  • Proven proficiency in SAP Focused RUN , Cloud ALM , and ServiceNow (SNOW)
  • Strict commitment to SLAs , including a 20-minute reaction time and 4-hour resolution for P1 incidents.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to track active issues via KEDBs
  • Languages Advanced Oral English.
  • Advanced Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end technical management of complex private cloud landscapes
  • Perform deep-dive investigations , troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical technical issues.
  • Manage proactive monitoring of health, integration, performance, and data growth based on SAP best practices
  • Maintain security patch levels by applying SAP Security Notes and performing technical housekeeping.
  • Oversee Change & Release Management , including transport landscapes and non-preapproved technical changes.
  • Act as a technical mentor , highlighting technical risks promptly to leadership and contributing to Monthly Service Performance Reports
