The work The SAP Finance Functional Analyst bridges business finance requirements with SAP system capabilities, configuring and optimizing modules like SAP FI/CO to support accounting, reporting, and compliance. You will gather requirements, design solutions, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate financial processes and system performance.

Requirements

2+ years of SAP ECC Finance experience
Experience with one or more of the following: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Funds Management
Experience with project costing and inventory
US Citizens only (no dual citizenship)
Eligible to receive a Public Trust government clearance

Nice To Haves

Experience with SAP Public Sector Financials
Within Funds Management, the ability to track (and control) detailed budgets organized by Fund (source of budget), funds center (area of responsibility), and commitment item (type of expenditure)
Configuration experience and the ability to create a budget for each level of this 3-dimensional structure.
Bachelor's degree in a related field

Responsibilities

Lead efforts to gather requirements and design solutions to meet these requirements
Work with technical counterparts to ensure technical solutions meet all functional requirements
Business process design and system analysis
Coordinate and manage across architects, developers, technical services (i.e. BASIS, Middleware, Portal) and business analysts to perform business analyst functions and responsibilities
Maintenance, enhancement and/or development of SAP modules, including interfacing with other applications
Writing and executing test plans
