About The Position
We are seeking a bilingual SAP PMO Consultant to support project coordination and operational management for SAP-related initiatives. This role will work closely with internal teams and global stakeholders to ensure smooth communication, progress tracking, and successful project execution.
Requirements
- Experience in project coordination, PMO, or related roles
- Bilingual in Korean and English (required)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to SAP environments or IT projects is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) preferred
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day project coordination for SAP-related initiatives
- Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables
- Assist with meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-ups
- Prepare and maintain reports, status updates, and project documentation
- Monitor project issues and help facilitate timely resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and HQ (Korea)
- Ensure clear communication between stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
