About The Position

The SAP Test Manager is responsible for leading end‑to‑end test strategy, governance, and execution for large‑scale SAP transformation programs, including RISE migrations from ECC to S/4HANA. This role ensures quality delivery across functional, integration, UAT, automation, and performance testing streams while working closely with clients, SAP functional teams, and program leadership. The Test Manager plays a critical role in driving test excellence, stakeholder alignment, and continuous innovation across complex SAP landscapes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading and managing teams on SAP programs, with hands‑on experience in at least one SAP ECC to RISE or S/4HANA migration.
  • Strong functional expertise in SAP BRIM; alternatively, solid experience across SAP CRM, SD, and Finance modules.
  • Proven experience defining and executing SAP test strategies across system, integration, regression, UAT, and performance testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage automation and performance testing teams, providing technical and delivery leadership.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery models with strong knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and reporting.
  • Excellent client‑facing communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership mindset with the ability to drive innovation, mentor teams, and continuously improve SAP testing practices.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the overall SAP test strategy, including scope, environments, and execution approach tailored for RISE and S/4HANA transformation programs.
  • Lead and manage SAP test teams across functional, automation, performance, and UAT streams, providing direction, coaching, and execution oversight.
  • Coordinate closely with development, functional, and deployment teams to plan releases, execute test cycles, and provide clear status, risk, and quality reporting.
  • Establish and continuously enhance test governance, including entry/exit criteria, defect triage models, test metrics, and quality dashboards.
  • Drive UAT planning and execution, working with diverse business users to ensure business readiness and sign‑off.
  • Oversee automation and performance testing efforts, providing guidance, removing blockers, and ensuring alignment with program goals.
  • Create and publish daily, weekly, and monthly status reports for all stakeholders and actively promote innovation and continuous improvement within the testing organization.
