About The Position

Amazon Leo is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Its mission
is to deliver fast, reliable internet to customers and communities around the
world, and we’ve designed the system with the capacity, flexibility, and
performance to serve a wide range of customers, from individual households to
schools, hospitals, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations
operating in locations without reliable connectivity.

To be successful you need to be a talented SAP Developer willing to learn how to
build solutions with software applications such as SAP and MES (Manufacturing
Execution Systems). You need to be highly motivated and detail oriented while
collaborating with other functional owners, customers and team members to
develop dynamic and flexible systems to meet the emerging demands of
manufacturing systems.

Requirements

• Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
• Experience with Linux/Unix
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes

Nice To Haves

• Experience with distributed systems at scale

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive web applications using SAPUI5 and Fiori guidelines.
• Develop complex integrations with internal systems and external (non Amazon) systems working with external technical teams
• 2+ years experience with SAP ERP Integration for modules like PP,MM,QM,PM,EWM.
• Review code and design documents and able to work cross teams like security, Infrastructure and other teams.
• Interface with functional, technical teams to finalize field mapping, integration tests and user acceptance
• Stay current with new SAP BTP / AWS integration technology developments and techniques, research new software and tools, proactively recommend improvements
