About The Position

As a Prime SAP Work Zone / BTP Lead, you will drive the design and implementation of Work Zone solutions for our clients. In this role, you will lead end-to-end implementations, design user-friendly interfaces, develop custom UI cards and dashboards, and integrate Work Zone with SAP and non-SAP systems. Leveraging your deep knowledge of BTP services, you will extend Work Zone capabilities and deliver innovative, scalable solutions that meet client needs. You will also collaborate closely with clients to run workshops, translate business requirements into technical designs, and train stakeholders. As a senior team member, you will be expected to solve complex technical challenges, recommend enhancements, and promote successful adoption of Work Zone across client organizations.

Requirements

• SAP Work Zone certification (required)
• Led 4–6+ medium-to-large-scale Work Zone or BTP implementations
• Proven track record leading SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone implementations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP, including Build Apps, Integration Suite, and Workflow Management.
• Hands-on experience with UI card development and front-end customization (HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, modern frameworks).
• Deep understanding of SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and OData services.

Nice To Haves

• Additional SAP BTP or SuccessFactors certifications (preferred but not required)
• Exposure to Intelligent Services, event-driven architecture, or micro-app development (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone, ensuring integration and adoption success.
• Design and develop custom UI cards and dashboards using SAP Build Apps and other BTP services.
• Partner with clients to understand business requirements and create user-centric Work Zone interfaces aligned with organizational goals.
• Extend and enhance Work Zone using SAP BTP services such as Integration Suite, Workflow Management, and Build Apps.
• Create and manage OData and REST API integrations to support Work Zone functionality.
• Facilitate design workshops and training sessions for stakeholders and technical teams.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and support throughout project lifecycles.
• Stay current on SAP Work Zone and BTP innovations, proactively advising clients on new features and enhancements.
