What You’ll Do: Actively lead and engage a group of 15–20 children in activities, inside and outside. Set up and transform program spaces into child-friendly environments and ensure cleanliness. Help plan and implement a quality curriculum aligned with YMCA guidelines. Build positive relationships with YMCA staff, school personnel, and families. Requirements
- Minimum Age: 18
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Enthusiastic, organized, and team-oriented individuals with a passion for youth development.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with the ability to multitask.
- Before your first shift: Orientation, DHS Background Check, Fingerprinting, Abuse Registry Check, health forms, training sessions, and references.
- Within 30 days of hire: CPR/First Aid/AED (Infant/Pediatric).
