Role Summary: Reporting to the Territory Manager, the Satellite Manager is responsible for total branch performance in accordance with company policy and procedures, including Customers, Operations, Store profitability, and management/development of staff. The Satellite Manager will work alongside location associates to optimize workflow and meet location objectives.

Requirements

  • 2 years of customer service, sales and management experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to utilize company business system (ERP); analyze and understand business system data
  • Excellent organizational skills; ability to multi-tasking and shift priorities as needed
  • Works well cross-functionally; provides excellent internal and external customer service
  • Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization; excellent negotiating skills; excellent presentation skills; strong interpersonal and customer service skills; high degree of discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear. The employee must be able to stand, walk, climb stairs, lift, and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to travel locally
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • 3 years of customer service, sales and management experience; knowledge of electrical industry
