Introduction: We're a family owned Mexican Restaurant, located off of historic Washington Square, looking for someone passionate about food for a saute & line cook position. Must be available Sundays. Duties: Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately Excellent communication and teamwork skills Adhering to all relevant food safety and sanitary regulations and standards Keeping track of ingredient inventory and collaborating with other kitchen and management staff to order resupply Qualifications: Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role preferred Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately Skills & Abilities: Must be able to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift and move 25-50 pounds Enjoy working as part of a team and supporting others in their duties Compensation: Competitive compensation based on experience - starting at $20-24 401(k) retirement plan (US only) Employee discount Professional development opportunities Positive and supportive work environment View all jobs at this company
