The front half enters the cone line conveyor system directly in front of the team member. The team member grasps the right wing and positions the piece. The knife is inserted into the right shoulder joint, making a cut along the pully bone and down along the right side of the scapula bone. The right wing is pulled down to sperate the breast meat from the shell. The left wing is grasped, rotating the front half counterclockwise from this position. The knife is inserted into the left shoulder joint and cut along the pully bone, down the left side of the scapula. This position is for 2nd shift Evis department which is generally 2:00pm to 11:00pm. All applicants must provide their government identification number so the system can verify any previous Tyson employment history. This facility will not accept applicants that have worked for Tyson Foods more than 3 times. This facility accepts rehires after 365 days.
