GENERAL SUMMARY Responsible for supporting all functions of SBA lending, including loan packaging, closing and post-closing process, and ensuring compliance with SBA rules and regulations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Prepares SBA application documents and submission to SBA for approval (GP and PLP submission). Collects and reviews documents required for closing. Prepares SBA packaging documents. Prepares and maintains loan files through to loan closing. Maintain GFD account and make payment for the SBA Guaranty Fee and SBA Participation Fee. Upload all necessary documents to nCino for Loan Doc Preparation and funding. Works closely with escrow, title, marketing and loan administration personnel to ensure timely and efficient loan closing. Prepares various monthly reports. Assists in payment of referral fees and associated vendor fees such as appraisal, environmental, title fee, etc. Collect daily incoming mail for distribution. Orders and maintains office supplies. Interact with clients to assist in collecting necessary information for loan closing. Assists in operational duties of the division, including secondary market sales. Follows policies and procedures; completes tasks correctly and on time; supports the company’s goals and values. Perform duties specific to the position and other functions as assigned.
