About The Position
Lake Charles Region Candidates will be responsible for traveling between multiple office locations within their assigned region to support the digitization of child welfare documents. Viewing sensitive content is a daily part of this position. Travel will be based on the location of physical files requiring scanning, and candidates will follow the workload accordingly. Reliable transportation is required, as frequent travel between sites is an essential part of this role. S
Requirements
- Experience working on a large-scale scanning and documentation project
- Handling of secure documents
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with Stakeholders and team members
- Ability to manage project timelines effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable Transportation
- Smart Phone – for communications with team
- Must be local to region
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of transferring hard copy data into a digitized format is a plus
