About The Position

The Care Team Coordinator/Scheduler is responsible for the execution and coordination of the daily administrative tasks needed to support the nursing staff, including participation in regularly scheduled on-call rotation. The Care Team Coordinator is housed in the nursing department offices and reports directly to the Executive Director of Nursing. This position is full time and requires the Care Team Coordinator to be accessible during regular business hours as part of the on-call rotation.
