About The Position

Now Hiring: Home Health Scheduler We are seeking a reliable, organized, and dedicated (Part Time- could go to Full Time) Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating care services and supporting daily operations across multiple locations.

Requirements

  • Must be comfortable receiving after-hours calls and text messages from the owner and team
  • Must be willing to commute between our Venice and Sarasota offices as needed
  • Must be available to be on-call during weekends (On-Call weekend pay will be discussed at interview)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
  • Must have High School diploma / some college or trade school knowledge
