Scheduler - Nursing Department
About The Position
Completes monthly schedule and daily assignment sheets for the nursing department including RN, LPN, and STNA. Assists with ordering of medical and clinical supplies and distribution of supplies to nursing units. Full time position. Experience in skilled nursing setting preferred, experience as an STNA helpful. Position includes interaction with current employees, new applicants, residents and their family members. Position requires excellent interpersonal skills; organizational skills; ability and acceptance of multi tasking through out the day; experience with clerical/ office functions and computer use. Position works closely with the Director of Nursing, Human Resources Manager, and the leadership team of Mount St. Joseph Rehab Center. Mount St. Joseph Rehab Center is a beautiful, faith based state of the art facility located in a nature like setting on lovely grounds. Mount St Joseph reserves the right to perform pre-employment drug screening and/or as needed at the discretion of administration.
