About The Position

We're Favorite Day Maid , and we're hiring a highly organized, diligent, and customer service-focused person to join our Eagle, ID team as a full-time Scheduling and Operations Coordinator! You'll be at the center of our daily operations, strategically coordinating employees' activities to ensure we provide the best service possible to customers. Think you have what it takes? You'll have your hand in various aspects of the business, making sure everything is running smoothly and efficiently. Requirements

  • Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule new client cleanings and strategically adjust service routes to support productivity and efficiency
  • Adjust schedules as needed
  • Follow up with first-time clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Help strengthen the cleaning team by regularly checking in with employees, following up after services, tracking business metrics, hiring staff, and onboarding new employees
  • Prepare and submit payroll on time
  • Maintain accurate employee records and send regular team updates/reminders to keep everyone on the same page
