Scheduling Coordinator - Ambulatory Care Network – Cornell Under the supervision of the Practice Administrator, the Coordinator is responsible for the schedule of the Medical Service house staff including call daily and on-call schedule, rotation schedule, and outpatient schedule. This role is responsible for construction and management of all providers’ schedules. It will maintain resident schedules based on the house staff rotation calendar consisting of 14 phases annually. It is also responsible for entry of all schedules, changes and adjustments in front and back-end of system. It manages resident outpatient (OPD) block schedules in appointment system involving 190 different blocks per year. This position will assist Practice Administrator with OPD schedule preparation and maintenance. This role will liaise with all providers, working closely with key executives, directors, administrators and chief residents. Responds to daily cancellations, residents’ rotation changes and related schedule adjustments. Creates, manages, and maintains physician supervision schedule. Responsible for resident daily on-call schedule. Responsible for room assignment during clinics. Responsible for creating database to track assignment, as well as distribution of data. The schedule for this full-time position will be 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
