About The Position

KRE Security, LLC is seeking a confident and solutions-focused Scheduling Coordinator to support and strengthen daily workforce operations from our Hamburg, PA office. This in-office role is well-suited for someone who takes initiative, exercises sound judgment, and is interested in growing their role within an operations-driven environment. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining staffing continuity across multiple client locations. You’ll be trusted to make real-time decisions, anticipate coverage needs, and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to support both short-term scheduling demands and long-term operational goals.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in high-volume scheduling, dispatching, or workforce coordination
  • Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google applications, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and make informed decisions under pressure
  • Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to influence cooperation across teams
  • Strong sense of accountability, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working fully in-office in a fast-paced operational setting

Responsibilities

  • Own the daily and weekly scheduling process for multiple client sites, ensuring consistent and reliable coverage
  • Evaluate attendance trends, availability, and staffing needs to proactively address gaps
  • Communicate expectations and scheduling updates clearly with field staff and internal leadership
  • Respond decisively to call-offs and last-minute changes while maintaining operational standards
  • Maintain accurate and compliant scheduling records within company systems
  • Utilize Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Outlook to track priorities, document decisions, and manage workflow
  • Work closely with management and Hiring/Recruitment to support staffing strategy and workforce planning
  • Uphold professionalism, confidentiality, and service standards in all interactions
