About The Position

KRE Security, LLC is hiring an in-office Scheduling Coordinator to support daily workforce operations across multiple client locations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable making real-time staffing decisions in a fast-paced office environment. You will help ensure shifts are consistently staffed, respond to call-offs, and maintain smooth operations. This position offers responsibility, visibility, and opportunities for growth within an operations-focused organization. Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in scheduling, dispatching, or workforce coordination
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions under pressure
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable work style
  • Comfortable working fully in-office in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily and weekly schedules for multiple client sites
  • Ensure consistent staffing coverage and proactively address gaps
  • Respond to call-offs and last-minute schedule changes
  • Communicate clearly with field staff and internal leadership
  • Track attendance, availability, and scheduling trends
  • Maintain accurate scheduling records in company systems
  • Use Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Outlook to manage workflow
  • Partner with management and Hiring/Recruitment on staffing needs
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and service standards
