About The Position

We are seeking an energetic, dependable, and nurturing individual to join our School-Age After School Program team. This position supports children ages 5–12 in a safe, structured, and engaging environment after their school day. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships with children, promoting independence, and creating fun, meaningful experiences.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to pass background check
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of school-age children
• Lead engaging activities including arts & crafts, STEM projects, outdoor play, and group games
• Support children with homework in a positive and encouraging manner
• Maintain a structured and organized classroom environment
• Foster respectful behavior and positive peer interactions
• Communicate professionally with parents and team members
• Follow licensing regulations and center policies
• Assist with daily cleaning and classroom organization
