About The Position

Are you a BCBA who is clinically strong, collaborative, and confident leading behavior teams in educational settings? We are preparing to support a large Delaware school district and are seeking experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts who thrive in structured, team-based environments serving students ages 0–22 with mild to severe disabilities. This is not clinic work. This is impact-driven school-based behavioral leadership.

Requirements

  • BCBA credential (active, in good standing)
  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field
  • Experience with moderate to severe autism
  • Experience in school-based or collaborative educational settings
  • Strong documentation and compliance skills
  • Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)
  • Develop compliant Behavior Support Plans (BSP)
  • Lead implementation with fidelity
  • Train classroom staff on ABA strategies
  • Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions
  • Participate in IEP and team meetings
  • Support crisis prevention and response planning
