Position Overview: Conduct Comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) focused on proactive student outcomes and independence. Provide direct supervision for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming, ensuring all individualized curricula are implemented with high fidelity across diverse educational settings. Collect, interpret, and monitor behavioral data to evaluate plan effectiveness, making real-time modifications to ensure student goals are met. Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators to provide professional development and model crisis management techniques.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
• Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
• Two (2) years of professional experience working with children with special needs, specifically within a school or pediatric setting

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience leading program coordination and evaluation; strong background in ABA principles, Verbal Behavior (VB), and assessment tools such as the VB-MAPP
