About The Position
Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) , working in partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU). Be part of a supportive team making a meaningful impact in the lives of students! $5,000 - Sign on bonus: Eligible to BCBAs that are hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours. Bonus of $2,500: 1st installment is after the first billable service. Second installment of $2,500 issued 90 days after hire. Summary: The Behavior Analyst / BCBA position is $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience as a BCBA (independent contractor / 1099). Location: Gordon Early Literacy Center Monday-Thursday 11:30-2:45; Friday 9:00 - 3:00 - supporting 1 student Assignment will go through summer
Requirements
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive skills in behavioral assessment and positive behavior support plan development.
- Extensive knowledge of data analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere.
- Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities.
- Masters Degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or a related program
- BCBA certification
- Working experience after BCBA certification
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Current Certificate
- Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
- Professional Liability Insurance (Clearances current within 12 months)
- PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
- PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
- PA Department of Education FBI Use code: 1KG6XN
- TB screening - current within 3 months
- Safety Care Training will be required (scheduled with CCRES/CCIU)
- Bonus will be issued if the new hire commits to 25 billable hours, if that is not achieved in 90 days, the second installment will not be provided.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results.
- Direct support and consult
- Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions.
- Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.
- Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed.
- Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals.
- Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity.
