About The Position

Make a difference every day by joining CCRES as a school-based Behavior Analyst / BCBA in the Unionville-Chadds Ford School District in partnership with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU).
$5,000 BCBA SIGN ON BONUS:
Eligible to BCBAs who are hired for a minimum of 25 billable hours
Bonus pay in 2 installments: $2,500 issued in first pay of billable services with 25 billable hours and $2,500 issued after 90 days after hire with 25 billable hours
Rate:
The school-based Behavior Analyst / BCBA position is $75-$79 per hour based on years of experience after BCBA certification as a BCBA (independent contractor / 1099)
Openings:
School based full time hours for BCBA starting 2/16/26 for 12-16 weeks
Hallandale (3 days) and Pocopson Elementary (2 days)
Hours 8:40am-3:50pm
5 days a week commitment

Requirements

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive skills in behavioral assessment and positive behavior support plan development.
• Extensive knowledge of data analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team atmosphere.
• Experience working with students with autism, emotional/behavioral disorders, and/or intellectual disabilities.
• Master's Degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or a related program
• BCBA certification
• Working experience after BCBA certification
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Active
• Education Documentation - Diploma OR Official Transcripts
• Professional Liability Insurance
• PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
• PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
• PA Department of Education FBI Use code: 1KG6XN
• TB screening - current within 3 months from date of hire

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and write reports summarizing results.
• Develop positive behavioral supports utilizing evidence-based interventions.
• Assess a students instructional needs and develop appropriate programming.
• Provide ongoing monitoring of student data and make programming adjustments as needed.
• Develop tools and work with staff to collect progress-monitoring data on behavioral goals.
• Train staff on positive behavior support plans and instructional programs and monitor fidelity.
