About The Position

School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) Full-Time | Year-Round School Setting | Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm Willow Academy is thrilled to offer an opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team in a structured, supportive school setting in Littleton, CO. This is a uniquely impactful role where you can deliver individualized, specialized occupational therapy services within a collaborative environment designed to help students build the academic, behavioral, communication and functional skills needed to successfully transition to less restrictive settings. You’ll work closely with students with intensive and diverse learning needs, collaborate with clinical, educational, and behavior teams, and receive ongoing interdisciplinary support within a highly structured model. Requirements

Active Colorado Department of Education certification
Current Colorado Occupational Therapist license
Strong communication and organizational skills
Commitment to providing student-centered care that enhances academic and functional outcomes
Experience developing and implementing IEP goals
Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
Student-centered, strengths-based approach

Nice To Haves

Experience in specialized or alternative school settings
Experience supporting students with intensive behavioral needs
Familiarity with data-driven instruction and progress monitoring
Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
Ability to safely support students when needed

Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions tailored to student needs
Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and school staff to develop and implement goals for student Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Complete timely documentation and maintain compliance with state and district regulations
Participate in team meetings, assessments, and ongoing professional development
Support crisis prevention and de-escalation in coordination with trained staff
Other duties as assigned
