Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Eligible for SLP licensure in the state of practice (or ability to obtain before start date).
ASHA CFY candidates welcome.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Passion for working with children and helping them achieve their fullest potential.

Responsibilities

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments with CFY supervision.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals under guidance.
Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success.
Document student progress accurately under supervision.
Participate in IEP meetings while receiving mentorship on professional best practices.
Regularly meet with your supervising SLP for feedback, case discussions, and professional development.
