The School-Based Outpatient Therapist is responsible for the ongoing provision of culturally responsive mental health services including individual and family therapy, case management, and consultation services for a caseload of youth and families at various public schools within the San Lorenzo school district.â¯Therapists work in collaboration with the Special Education department and public-school employees to provide Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS) to students who have qualified through their Individualized Education Program (IEP). This position requires travel to different school sites, with mileage reimbursement. About the UE Mosaic Program Seneca’s Unconditional Education Mosaic Program is a school-based therapy program in partnership with Alameda County Behavioral Health Care Services. We provide mental health services to K-12 public schools in Hayward, San Lorenzo, and New Haven Unified School Districts, helping youth on site and in their communities to overcome emotional and behavioral challenges in order to be successful at their public-school campus.
