Requirements

At least 21 years old
Hold a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
Pass a background check, drug screen & physical

Responsibilities

Meet and greet students with a smile and positive attitude
Safely transport passengers
Assists students in the loading and unloading process
Good verbal communication skills

Benefits

$25.50 - $29.00/hr for bus drivers
$25.00/hr for trips and charters
2025-26 SY, $0.75/hr 401(k) company contribution for every hour worked

Flexible Hours – no Nights or Weekends required
Time off during school holidays
Route Hours guaranteed 4 hours per day when school is in session for the A.M./P.M. route package
Additional work hours available with mid-day routes, field trips and charters
