School Counselor (Part-Time)

Requirements
- Must have active and valid Pennsylvania School Counselor Certification
- Must be willing to obtain and provide all required Pennsylvania clearances and requirements dated within 1 year.
- Computer proficiency required, including but not limited to, Google Drive and Zoom.
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service to principals, classroom teachers, and parents.
- Proficiency in gathering and analyzing relevant data and reporting on student progress required.
- Must have exceptional organization and communication skills.
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
- Work location is in a school building where employee will need to be able to go up and down stairs.
- Frequent standing and ability to raise arms above the head.
- Hand dexterity for typing and entering data into a computer.
Responsibilities
- Consulting and building strong rapport with parents, classroom teachers, school principals, and other school personnel
- Maintaining open and consistent communication with school staff and families
- Providing local resources to school staff and parents as needed
