Providing clear directions and friendly guidance. Monitoring surroundings and identifying potential safety concerns. Setting up and maintaining barriers or signage. Communicating calmly and professionally with the public. Responding appropriately to unexpected situations or emergencies. This role involves outdoor work in various weather conditions and regular interaction with the community. Basic Requirements: 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months. Standard computer / technology skills needed. Customer service background preferred. Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus!! Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a calm and professional manner. Must have great attention to detail and have the ability to remain alert throughout the duration of the shift. Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation. All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
