About The Position

The primary function of this position is to provide outstanding customer service by developing and maintaining relationships with school band and orchestra directors.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a territory service plan for optimum efficiency, accountability, and profitability as per established goals.
• Willingness to work cooperatively with Band Directors for the greater good of the company.
• Maintain knowledge of the market, competition, and best practices and trends.
• Actively lead recruiting, rental, and retention programs in your school accounts.
