Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist with a PhD and strong expertise in cell biology and/or immunology to advance discovery programs focused on tissue regeneration in inflammatory and fibrotic diseases, with the ultimate goal of enabling transformative therapies. The successful candidate will have a proven scientific track record, a passion for rigorous experimentation, and a strong desire to grow scientifically in resource-rich environment while contributing to the advancement of programs toward the clinic.

Requirements

  • 0+ Years with PhD/PharmD
  • PhD in Cell Biology, Immunology, or a related field
  • Strong background in cellular biology, immunology (Macrophage biology), and/ or regeneration.
  • Strong scientific track record demonstrated by high‑quality research output
  • Experience with in vivo models; experience or strong interest in in vivo CRISPR screens
  • Ability to think critically, work independently, and collaborate effectively
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills and strong organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to scientific ideation, innovative study design, and data interpretation
  • Conduct rigorous target and/or discovery focused in vitro / in vivo studies to advance disease biology and drive programs toward the clinic
  • Integrate findings to drive project decisions and advance programs toward clinical development
  • Communicate results clearly to project teams and stakeholders; prepare research reports and peer-reviewed manuscripts; contribute the preparation of IND and patent filings
