The Role: We’re looking for a passionate and curious Scientist I to join our team. Requirements

BS or MS degree in Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field and 5+ years of experience or Ph.D.
Knowledgeable in chromatography and filtration theory, downstream development strategy, and process scale-up/transfer
Experience with chromatography operations, including operating AKTA systems
Experience with filtration operation, including executing bench-scale dead-end filtration, viral filtration, UF/DF, and depth filtration
Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, able to share complex ideas in a simple, relatable way.
A curious problem-solver with a passion for learning and growing in a dynamic environment.
Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in environments where curiosity and experimentation are encouraged.
A self-starter who takes initiative, owns your projects, and actively seeks out new challenges.

Nice To Haves

Experience with design of experiments (DOE) and analysis using statistical software packages (JMP, MATLAB, etc.)
Experience with multi column chromatography
Experience with continuous and connected processing
Experience with process modelling

Responsibilities

Dive deep into purification process development for biotherapeutics manufacturing, always looking for ways to improve and innovate.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore new possibilities and solutions.
Transfer processes to clinical and commercial manufacturing facilities.
Technology development to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency of purification processes.
Regularly share your findings, ideas, and solutions in both team settings and presentations.
Ensure that curiosity-driven questions and exploration lead to measurable, impactful results.
