This role is ideal for a PhD-trained scientist with industry experience who thrives at the intersection of in vitro pharmacology and translational science. The successful candidate will lead in vitro pharmacology efforts for one or more discovery programs, designing and executing critical experiments that inform candidate selection and go/no-go decisions. You will contribute to the evaluation of novel therapeutic modalities across multiple disease areas, including immunology, oncology, cardiovascular, and metabolic diseases. This role requires deep expertise in cell-based assay development, mechanistic biology, and translational thinking, along with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
