Provide technical support to achieve the reliable and compliant manufacture of parenteral drug product to predetermined global quality standards via a detailed set of manufacturing instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe work environment and lead safety initiatives.
  • Understand the scientific principles required for manufacturing parenteral drug products.
  • Ensure accurate instruction sets and process flow diagrams describe the manufacturing process.
  • Develop and monitor statistically based metrics to assess process variability and capability.
  • Document the state of validation with data evaluating manufacturing process capability.
  • Prepare, review, and approve technical documents such as change controls and validation protocols.
  • Participate in development and implementation of process improvements and technical projects.
  • Support and lead technical projects to improve process control, yield, purity, and productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or quality, preferably in aseptic manufacturing.
