Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or equivalent experience
  • working as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum Agile principles and frameworks Kanban SAFe etc
  • Excellent communication facilitation and conflictresolution skills

Nice To Haves

  • Professional Scrum Master PSM III Certified Scrum Master CSM or equivalent certification
  • Experience working in scaled Agile environments SAFe LeSS
  • Technical understanding of software development lifecycle SDLC
  • Experience with tools like Jira Azure DevOps or Rally

Responsibilities
