Key Responsibilities: As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. You will coach and mentor the Scrum Team(s), remove barriers to successful implementation, and maintain a continued focus on the tasks at hand. Your role will involve facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, while also identifying and reporting progress through appropriate metrics. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. You will also provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Advanced proficiency in Scrum is required. Advanced proficiency in Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development) is recommended. Additionally, advanced proficiency in Agile Project Management and Agile Process Coaching is suggested. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team by encouraging feedback and innovative ideas. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for Agile practices. Utilize metrics to track team performance and identify areas for improvement. Lead workshops and training sessions to enhance the team's understanding of Agile principles and practices. Encourage collaboration and communication among team members to enhance productivity and morale. Role requires 60% onsite client work (3 days per week) in New Jersey or Plano, TX
