Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Agile Lead in a scaled Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) and Lean principles.
  • Proven ability to mentor and coach teams and individuals on Agile practices.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership in driving Agile transformations and cultural change.
  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Rally, VersionOne).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Nice To Haves

  • Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or equivalent are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Scrum Master for one or multiple teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
  • Act as an Agile Coach, mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members on Agile best practices.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress and delivery.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with leadership to align Agile initiatives with business objectives.
  • Champion the adoption of Agile methodologies and support organizational change efforts.
  • Foster a high-performing team environment focused on delivering customer value.
  • Track and report key Agile metrics to stakeholders for transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to enhance Agile knowledge and capabilities within the organization.
